By using Pro Cashbook, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the service

• You are responsible for the accuracy of business, cashbook, invoice and entry data you add.
• You must use the app for lawful business and record-keeping purposes only.
• You are responsible for users you invite and roles you assign to shared cashbooks.

Google Drive and Google Sheets features

Some features require Google permissions. When you allow them, Pro Cashbook may create folders, save attachments and create or update Google Sheets for your cashbook data. You can revoke Google permissions from your Google Account at any time, but some sync or media features may stop working.

Subscriptions and premium access

Some features may be premium or admin-controlled. If an account is disabled or a premium feature is not enabled, the user may be asked to contact the Pro Cashbook team.

Data backup

We work to keep data safe and available, but you should keep important records backed up. Google Drive and Google Sheets files remain connected to the Google account that granted access.

Limitations

Pro Cashbook is a record-management tool. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. The service may be updated, improved or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or third-party platform issues.

Termination

We may restrict access if the service is misused, payment terms are not followed, or security risks are detected.
