Pro Cashbook respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and how you can contact us about your data.

Information we collect

• Google account information used for login, such as name, email address and profile picture.
• Business, cashbook, transaction, invoice and sharing-role data that you create inside the app.
• Photos, voice notes and documents only when you upload them as attachments.
• Google Drive and Google Sheets file identifiers for files created or used by Pro Cashbook.
• Basic technical data required for security, sessions, sync and troubleshooting.

How we use your information

• To sign you in securely and keep your account active.
• To save, show and sync your cashbook records.
• To create and update your Pro Cashbook Google Sheet when you enable Sheets sync.
• To save attachments in your Google Drive when you enable Drive media permissions.
• To provide support, prevent abuse and improve reliability.

Google API Services

Pro Cashbook uses Google APIs only for features you choose, including Google login, Google Drive media storage and Google Sheets sync. We do not sell your Google data. We do not use Google data for advertising. Access is used only to create, read, update or manage files needed by Pro Cashbook features.

Data storage and sharing

App data may be stored in our secure Cloudflare database. Media and sheet files may be stored in your own Google Drive and Google Sheets when you enable those features. Cashbooks are shared only when an owner shares a specific cashbook with another user and assigns a role.

Your choices

• You can disconnect Google Drive/Sheets permissions from your Google Account permissions page.
• You can request data correction or deletion by contacting support.
• You can remove shared users from cashbook settings where allowed by your role.
